Pandemic 2
I’m a big fan of casual flash games, and this is one of the best I’ve played recently. The game description: “Evolve your disease, infect the world and exterminate 6.3 billion people.” Unsurprisingly, killing the human race is an extremely fun way to kill a few hours.
I’ve also linked to this game on Kongregate, where I’ve been playing it, because they have a number of “achievements” you can unlock when playing games. If you sign up, you can win badges, cards that can be used in another (also fun) game on the site, and points that go towards levelling up. That extra layer of achievement adds a surprisingly addictive nature to playing games that makes Kongregate my favourite place to waste time.
